What is Nerivio® Infinity?
Nerivio Infinity, a new Nerivio model, is durable and rechargeable.
It is a prescription-only, non-invasive, drug-free Remote Electrical Neuromodulation (REN) wearable for acute and/or preventive treatment of migraine with or without aura in patients 8 years of age or older. It is a prescription-use, self-administered device for use in the home environment at the onset of migraine headache or aura for acute treatment, or every other day for preventive treatment.
The Nerivio Infinity treatments are controlled with the Nerivio app. Available for iOS and Android.

Can I get more than one Nerivio Infinity device?
To treat with Nerivio Infinity, you will need one Nerivio Infinity rechargeable device, which is provided with your Starter Set, alongside the First Refill Unit (18 treatments). Your healthcare provider can prescribe between 1 and 12 Refill Units, depending on your treatment plan.
Traveling with Nerivio Infinity – How to carry the device on a plane or to the airport?
You can carry Nerivio Infinity in your carry-on bag. However:
Do not wear the device when passing through the airport security scanner or x-ray machine.
If a treatment is in progress, pause it before security and resume after you’ve passed through.
💡 Tip: Keep your charging cable handy for longer trips.
How to store/carry your Nerivio Infinity device and Refill Units
Store the Nerivio Infinity at room temperature. Exposure to extreme heat or cold for an extended time could jeopardize the device’s and the electrodes’ stability and effectiveness.
Store the Nerivio Infinity Refill Units in the provided Refill Pack (the aluminum package).
Keep the Nerivio Infinity device, the Refill Units, and the armband and the charger in the provided carrying case or a small pouch for easy access.
Avoid extreme heat or cold for prolonged periods.
Battery and Charging
The Nerivio Infinity device is built with a rechargeable Li-Ion 3.7V, 400mAh battery that should be charged with the provided USB-C cable. A charger adapter is not provided.
The Nerivio Infinity device should be charged before your treatment to at least 15% of the battery charge.
💡 Tip: The device battery capacity can be read via the app.
To charge, please follow these steps:
Connect the cable on one end to a USB power adaptor with type A output.
Connect the other end to the type C charging port on the device.
Charge until a green light appears on the device, indicating the charge is complete and the battery is full.
Charging is disabled during treatment.
💡 Tip: A full charge cycle is recommended for the first time and may take 3.5–4 hours. However, a 30-minute charge is sufficient for at least one treatment.

Maintenance & Cleaning
The Nerivio Infinity device can be cleaned with a dry cloth (except for the Refill Unit).
To extend usage in case the Refill Unit begins losing adhesion, gently rub one or two drops of water onto the gel surface. Wait 20–30 minutes for the water to absorb, then cover with the protective liner. Repeat as needed.
Every Refill Unit is good for up to 18 treatments. Replace Refill Unit if damaged, dirty, or expired. The lifetime of the Refill Unit varies depending on skin conditions, skin preparation, storage, and climate.
To reduce the risk of the hydrogel running, keep the Refill Unit horizontal in the Nerivio Infinity Refill pack between treatments.
Recycling and Disposal of the Nerivio Infinity Device
Because Nerivio Infinity is rechargeable and intended for long-term use, you won’t need frequent disposal. If you need to dispose of a Nerivio Infinity unit, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
The device software can be updated over the air (OTA) for cybersecurity and other patches.
