NFC (Near Field Communication) lets your phone securely read the tag on your Refill Unit. To sync, simply hold your phone close to the NFC tag on the Refill Unit until the app confirms the connection. Because NFC works at very short range, small differences in phone placement or settings can affect the sync.
NFC connectivity issues are usually quick to resolve and often related to phone settings, device positioning, or temporary interference. Below are the most common causes and step-by-step solutions to help you restore a successful NFC connection and get back on track as quickly as possible.
