What is the cost of Nerivio and is the treatment covered for me?
All Nerivio models and Refill Units are covered either by your insurance or through the Nerivio Savings Program for eligible patients. Your co-insurance, with any medical or pharmacy plan, is capped at $89 per refill. It is up to $4.94 per treatment.
If your insurance does not cover Nerivio yet, the Nerivio Savings Program can help eligible and insured patients by bringing down the cost and limit the out-of-pocket cost to $89 per Refill Unit.

❗Important: Nerivio is not a monthly subscription. The Nerivio model and the Nerivio Infinity model Refill Units are designed to provide 18 full 45-minute treatments that you can use whenever they are needed/per your prescription, with no monthly time limitations. Usage for each person can vary.
Is Nerivio an eligible expense under FSA/HSA guidelines?
Nerivio is also eligible for reimbursement through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSAs).
Please note, not all pharmacies can process all types of FSA/HSA cards. Contact your FSA/HSA administrator for out-of-pocket expense reimbursement steps.
Can Nerivio be returned or /refunded?
Since Nerivio is a prescription device, we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund for your purchase.
