❗Please Note:
1. When the Nerivio app prompts you to create a child account, please follow the below instruction and DO NOT use your age to set up the account for your child.
2. In the process of creating an account for your child, please DO NOT connect the Nerivio device to your account. As this will permanently link that device to your parent account.
Children and adolescents using Nerivio must have their own account created and managed by a parent or a caregiver. This ensures compliance with data protection and age-related regulations (under 13 in the U.S. and under 18 in other regions).
How to Create a Child Account
Create your own adult account
Download the Nerivio app and sign up using your personal email address and other relevant information.
Complete the email verification process to activate your account.
IMPORTANT! Skip the device set-up process - DO NOT pair the Nerivio device to your parent account.
Once your adult account it set, tap More in the bottom menu
Tap ⚙️ Account Settings
Choose Child Accounts and tap the "Add a child account" button
Enter your child’s information:
Child’s First and Last Name
Child’s Date of Birth
Child’s Gender
Phone Number - you can use your phone number
Child’s Email Address
❗IMPORTANT: The email has to be different than the one you used to create the parent account.Nerivio Prescription Type
Tap Submit.
The End-User License Agreement will be presented, please read and tap Accept & Continue.
Your child will receive an email invitation to the email you set in the Child Account - this is an important step for child account completion.
To complete child account setup
To finish registration, your child will need to open the email, tap Set Password and choose a password for their child account.
Make sure the Nerivio app is installed on the device your child will use treat with Nerivio (smartphone or tablet). Open the app and and Sign in using their email and password.
If your child will use your device, simply sign out of your account and log in with your child’s credentials.

Managing Multiple Child Accounts
Caregivers can manage multiple children accounts from the Child Accounts section in Settings.
After creating the first child account, you’ll see an option to “Add another child.”
Each child receives their own unique login and device connection.
